Development Advisors undertakes short term assignments in developing countries for development agencies, development finance institutions, humanitarian agencies, governments etc. Assignments may include feasibility studies and technical assistance regarding establishment of financing programmes, savings and credit institutions and enterprise development programmes; reviews and evaluation of existing financing programmes and financial institutions; preparation of operational policies and procedures for credit and guarantee programmes; development impact studies and preparation of loan portfolio and development impact monitoring systems; training needs analysis and capacity building activities relating to credit programmes and credit institutions.
